I’m really excited for this summer series – every week I’m going to give you a free printable from my planner layout for you to use in your day-to-day life.
So to start off, how about a weekly planning printable? I always find that when I start every week by planning what I need, and what I eat, and what I have to do, my week doesn’t take me by surprise. It’s okay I don’t finish my to-do lists, because honestly, it never happens. But when I’m intentional about my life, it doesn’t just happen to me and pass me by.
So again, life isn’t about checking off to-do lists.
But they sure help. They’re tools.

Like I mentioned earlier, I like spending just a few minutes writing out my goals for the week, my dinner plan, and what I need to buy. I usually try to plan on Sunday and then grocery shop and meal plan on Monday. Obviously, you can pick a day that works for you.
